About Company
We are seeking a hands-on, DeFi-native Liquidity Quant to drive strategy and execution across liquidity provisioning, token launches, auctions, treasury operations, and on-chain security—all within a decentralized ecosystem of biotech DAOs. You’ll create and refine systems that support both governance tokens and intellectual property tokens (IPTs), helping shape the financial future of open scientific innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years in quantitative finance, DeFi, or a similar role with a focus on liquidity management and optimization. Proven track record working with decentralized governance (DAOs), treasury management, and familiarity with biotech funding models and tokenized scientific IP.
- In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols, AMMs, yield farming, tokenomics, and liquidity pools. Hands-on experience in designing tokenomics or DeFi incentive programs.
- Proven experience in on-chain operations, treasury management, and managing token launches.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, financial mathematics, and optimization techniques.
Duties
- Create, deploy, and scale liquidity strategies across digital asset markets, with a focus on decentralized science (DeSci).
- Drive liquidity provisioning, optimize systematic strategies, and advise on infrastructural improvements for science-related DAOs.
- Manage critical financial and operational functions, from auctions to multisig ops, helping scale a novel on-chain ecosystem from first principles.
