About Company
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to oversee several existing client accounts and actively grow their own portfolio. This position involves full ownership of project delivery, account management, and leading a team of Project Managers. You’ll collaborate closely with your peers—including fellow Delivery Managers and Unit Managers—and report directly to the Delivery Director to strengthen and expand your portfolio.
Requirements
3+ years' experience as a Delivery Manager or Account ManagerProven track record in managing project portfoliosStrong knowledge of various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs)Skilled at translating product features into business value—and vice versaHands-on experience with pre-sales activities and effort estimationExcellent analytical thinking and diplomacy in problem-solvingExceptional communication, negotiation, and client management abilitiesAbility to foster strong relationships with development teamsCapable of mentoring and coaching Project ManagersKPI-focused mindset: defining, cascading, and executing performance goalsOpen to business travel (cross-border mobility for Ukrainian nationals)
Duties
Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for clientsUnderstand client needs and align company capabilities to meet themManage and expand a portfolio of projects and accountsBuild trust-based client relationships that lastAct as a liaison between client and delivery teams, ensuring clarity and business valueLead and grow a team of Project ManagersDevelop and execute quarterly budgets aligned with Gross Profit Margin (GPM) goalsParticipate in team members’ salary and performance reviewsDrive up-sale and cross-sale opportunities within existing accountsEnsure timely and budget-compliant delivery of solutionsMake final decisions on team structure and resource allocationChampion both client and team satisfactionContribute to contractual discussions and agreement finalization
Conditions
100% remote workSalary range -5000-5500 USD Health care benefits and reimbursement ofmedical expenses (18 days off, 15 sick days, plus 3 days off - like a day off,but one day.)Holidaysdepend on the country. It can be like 9 to 12 days .
