Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience with external agencies (performance & creative).
- Experience with fintech, crypto, trading, financial services or iGaming is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs.
- Understanding of tracking systems and funnel analytics.
- Experience handling budgets and working with finance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication.
Duties
- Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Control traffic quality, volumes, and adherence to KPIs.
- Ensure full tracking setup is working (UTM's, postbacks, trackers).
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets and agency reward structures.
- Manage creative agencies (banners, video, landing pages): negotiate cost, timeline, and quality.
- Transfer creatives to AD agencies for campaign launches.
- Manage invoice approvals and payment coordination with finance.
- Regular reporting on ROI, channel performance, and spend analysis.
